About Suz.
Suz Baker leads the way with a wealth of event experience and expertise behind her. She was the driving force in helping get New Zealand’s incentive industry off the ground.
With a background in Advertising, Television and as a Professional Conference Organiser and Event Manager, Suz has successfully managed numerous conferences, incentives and product launches around the world.
She has worked as the Conference Convenor for the New York based Society of Incentive Travel (SITE) International Conference into Auckland, and went on to win the 1995 New Zealand Tourism Award for Best Conference and Incentive.
Shortly after SITE, Suzanne was invited by the Mount Cook Group to create a new division, Eventionz, to focus on Event, Convention and Incentive management. In 1998 Suz took over Eventionz and the now fledgling privately owned company took flight, providing bespoke experiences to numerous long term and new clients.
